Our honey is 100% pure, raw, and unfiltered. After collection, the honey is strained to remove wax particles and bee’s knees, but is otherwise completely unprocessed. This gentle handling ensures that all of the pollen, naturally-occurring enzymes, vitamins, and minerals are preserved.
This honey is a rich sweet dark amber with a complex flavor profile that tastes like liquid sunshine. Delicious in coffee or tea, on your toast, and especially straight off the spoon!
