We love our coffee at Kona Bliss and we hope you will too.  Please feel free to send us any questions or comments about our coffee.  We strive to make every bean we sell perfect, but if your purchase is defective or there is any problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible.  We will work very hard to resolve it to your satisfaction with a refund or replacement as appropriate.   We regret we will be unable to refund any purchase older then 30 days.
