This is a rich, robust, full-bodied roast with elements of dark chocolate.  Our dark roast is one step lighter an espresso roast. Beans are roasted at 450 oF (232 oC) for approximately 18 to 21 minutes, resulting in a dark chocolate-brown shell with a distinct sheen of oil.


Estate grade beans are a mix of medium to large beans with a few surface blemishes.
